I like to think I am just like the everybody else. I have had some successes and failures. I have dreams, aspirations, and goals. I have had some wonderful experiences and some very challenging disappointments.

On the other hand each of us are very special and very unique. On the simplest level we each have a unique set of DNA. We each have a different set of experiences.

Even when there are some common experiences there are differences. Even if we have the same parents we were each born at a different moment. Even small differences as years and a place can have a profound impact. The boy born after August 29, 2005 in New Orleans will be completely different than his older brother born 18 months earlier in the same city to the same parents.

We each have a unique contribution to make to the greater universe and this site is one of my contributions. I use this site to share practical things that work for me and its my wish they can be helpful to you.

Everyone of us has personal heroes in their lives. In my case, these are people whom seem to have it made. When I started analyzing them and why I felt they were my heroes, I realized that they all had balance in their lives.

I have made it my life goal to achieve and maintain balance on a daily basis.

The core of my balance is to maintain a balance in five areas.

  • Personal Growth is all about me becoming a better person emotionally, intellectually and morally.
  • Health is about ensuring I look after my physical needs.
  • Appreciating What You Have is all about giving back to others.
  • Relationships is about ensuring that I maintain healthy relationships with my family, my friends, my aqaintences and all the other people I interact with.
  • Finance is all about ensuring I have enough money to maintain the other four elements in balance.

These elements all work together. There is none that are more important than the other, and there is none that is less important than any other. Something that works in one area has an impact on another area. We become friends with people we work with. We become partners with people we go to school with. We grow from the places and the experiences with volunteer at. Its all interconnected and it all works together.

While all the blog entries and pages all seem to be in the finance area – working and growing your business or your professional life. This is not true. Its a vehicle that we all have in common. The need to finance all our goals for us and our families
